Vehicle Information * Van (1-6pax): Up to 6 passengers with 6 standard-sized suitcases (24-inch) * Minibus (1-12pax): Up to 12 passengers with 12 standard-sized suitcases (24-inch) * Luggage allowance details: 1. 24-inch luggage will be considered as standard size. 2. Luggage larger than 24-inch and smaller than 28-inch will be considered as 2 pieces of standard luggage. Luggage larger than that will be considered as 3 pieces of standard luggage. 3. Special items including but not limited to wheelchairs, strollers, surfboards, and golf equipment will be regarded as 1 piece of extra large luggage. Please reach out to the operator for details. 4. If there are more passengers or more pieces of luggage than the car can allow, the driver may refuse the service. In this case, you will not get a refund. 5. If your luggage exceeds the allowance, please reach out to us for assistance. Additional information The driver may not be fluent in foreign languages. If there are any issues during the ride, we'll provide online English assistance to help with communication. Most of the One Way Transport within Seoul is possible at a minimum price of KRW 100,000. Please contact us as it may vary depending on the time zone and pick up and drop off distance. Please note that additional costs may be incurred during rush hour/ weekends/public holiday within Seoul area. Night time surcharges may apply (9:00pm ~ 7:00am) Outside of Seoul pick up / drop off available with fees [ Important Notice ] Driver may speak limited English only and online English support will be provided. Please note that during rush hours, weekends, or public holidays, traffic congestion may increase travel time, which could result in not being able to visit all scheduled tour destinations or shorten the sightseeing time. Please note that the driver can not guarantee go to all the listed destinations within the designated time due to road traffic conditions and time that you spending at each stops. Partial refund are not possible even if the tour finished earlier than expected time by customer's request. Overtime will be charged more than 15mins or add hour available with fees.
